How to digitally sign the TSYS merchant agreement with Docusign
Callout: Tilled’s digital signature integration with Docusign is currently in beta. Throughout Q3 2024, it will be rolled out in phases to partners using TSYS. If you are a partner interested in enabling this feature for your merchants, please reach out to product@tilled.com.
Overview
Merchants onboarding to TSYS must digitally sign the TSYS Merchant Agreement through Docusign. The Docusign signature flow is integrated into Tilled’s merchant application. This guide explains the steps involved in this process.
Responsible Business Representative
The Business Representative marked as the Primary Applicant is responsible for digitally signing the TSYS Merchant Agreement. The Primary Applicant must be the signed-in user to access Docusign and submit the application.
Note: If the signed-in user's email does not match the Primary Applicant's email, a warning will prompt the merchant to change the Primary Applicant or invite the Primary Applicant as a collaborator.
