Tilled sends white-labeled email notifications to merchant and partner users for the following events:
- Disputes: When a payment is disputed by a customer and when a dispute is resolved.
- Onboarding: When a merchant application is approved or rejected.
- Additional Information Requests: When additional information is requested from a merchant account. Information can be requested during onboarding or from active merchants.
